The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on LitePay websites. LitePay provides a transactional interface for users to enter personal and financial information for use as electronic purchases. The types of information we collect through both our transactional interface, and our standard web interface are:
Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, and Non personally identifiable usage statistics.
This information is clearly marked as such when entering it into our interface.
The Way We Use Information
Your privacy at LitePay is very important to us. We will keep any personal or financial information entered private. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email inquiries that we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Your information will not be sold, distributed or displayed to any 3rd party or our affiliates. LitePay nor any of our affiliates will contact you in any form unless permission by you has been granted to do so. If permission has been granted, you will only receive the information that you requested via email. This email will only pertain to LitePay, it will NOT be off topic or SPAM.
Our server keeps statistics on each access to our web site (browser type, operating system, referring page, etc.), this information is not tied to you personally. The information our statistics gathers helps us maintain our site and gage the use of sections and certificates within the LitePay Web site.
LitePay tracks and logs all transactions, whether failed or success. We record IP addresses, and all information entered at the transaction time. Recurring failed payments will result in fraud prevention escalation to prevent further damage. We reserve the right to log as much info as necessary to prevent fraud. All information on our system is encrypted and can not be accessed by LitePay staff or our affiliates.
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by logging into your LitePay account. All information stored outside of your account is not personally identifiable information. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.
Use of Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Web pages (HTML) are stateless, meaning information from one page is not remembered on the second page within a Web site. To overcome this LitePay uses cookies to pass information from page to page. In most browsers cookies are accepted by default. You can turn off or refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. Upon doing this sections of the LitePay web site will not function correctly including login.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic (SSL encryption), and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. All stored information is stored in an encrypted form and is not accessible by any personnel. All information accessed by our system is accessed on a multi tier encryption platform to ensure your data security.

Your privacy is important to us. By participating in the Council of Better Business Bureau's BBBOnLine Privacy Program we have made a commitment to meet the program's strict requirements regarding how we treat your information and have it verified by BBBOnLine.
